FPRA’s 79th Annual Conference "It’s Personal: Research. Relate. Respond." is a four day conference of unparalleled professional development and networking for public relations professionals. 

Attendees will hear from major industry and thought leaders who will provide the inspiration, motivation and affirmation needed to help rocket your PR efforts to new heights.

This year’s conference will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando from August 6th to 9th.

Conference attire is professional business. Please note that the average temperature in the hotel is 72 degrees. To ensure comfort, attendees may want to have a sweater or jacket available.

For the President’s Welcome Reception, casual attire is recommended. As this year’s theme is Harry Potter, attendees are encouraged to wear house-themed clothing.

The Golden Image Awards Banquet is formal wear, black-tie optional.

A passionate and collaborative communicator, Ginger Broslat now works as a senior public engagement specialist in Grid Solutions has with Duke Energy, a Fortune 125 utility corporation. Previously, as a Public Relations and Marketing Consultant, she worked as an integral member of her clients’ teams. With a strong background in healthcare, economic development, publishing and nonprofit management, she is adept at visualizing the big picture, developing the creative concepts and tactical steps needed to achieve goals.

Ginger approaches projects with a strategic end in mind. That practice has garnered numerous Image Awards from the Florida Public Relations Association on both local and state levels. She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Public Relations through George Washington University.

Ginger also uses her physical weakness with muscular dystrophy as strength to inspire and encourage others through motivational speaking. Lessons from those experiences were published in her book, Fall Therapy which she also modified for her 2018 TedX-Ocala Talk.
